I actually give them zero stars, but you have to assign at least one star in order to post on the website. We called them for a home repair, and they scheduled an appointment with us on a Thursday afternoon. On that day, after we had waited all day for them to arrive, they called at 4:30 p.m. and said that they were held over on a job, and that they would call us back the next day with a time for our appointment. They never called. Again, we had waited all day for them. After 2 weeks, I called them and asked what happened, and expressed my disappointment at their lack of attention. They told me that they were too busy to come to a residence, and that they could not come for at least a month. I think that this is a poor way to run a business. They made a commitment, and then blew us off. I would recommend calling anybody else before bothering with this business. They do not care about the customer and providing good service; they only care about the all mighty dollar.
